Position: HR Generalist
This role supports the Director of Operations and HR Leader to keep our office running smoothly and in compliance. It's perfect for someone who enjoys structure, details, documentation, and administrative excellence.
Details:
- Pay range: $80k-$100k (depending on experience level)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Location: In Office in Fridley, MN
- Type: Direct Hire with full benefits
Duties:
- Administer benefits processes, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and ACA reporting.
- Maintain employee records, leave administration, unemployment documentation, and retention compliance.
- Process PML and FMLA requests with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Partner with the recruiter to support onboarding and offboarding for both full-time staff and seasonal drivers.
- Ensure employee files, certifications, licenses, and training records are up to date.
- Respond to employment verifications in a timely, professional manner.
- Assist with HR audits, compliance reviews, and annual 1094/1095 reporting.
- Manage office organization, supplies, mail, and general administrative support.
- Provide direct administrative assistance to the Director of Operations and Director of Transportation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience, with a strong preference for candidates who enjoy administrative and compliance-focused work.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
